Shipping Policy – Root & Roam

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Root & Roam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we’ll always help where we can.
